Items are stored in customer’s baskets if they are logged in. If the customer does not realise this, they may order the same item twice. If this happens, please contact customer care ASAP with name and order number so that we can amend the order before it is dispatched.
You can use any mail service provider. However, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage and tracking number as the items are responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
